Design Flexibility
The Innovaré i-SIP structure enables flexibility and versatility of building design:
- Utilisation of different architectural styles from traditional to contemporary designs
- Range of external cladding finishes available depending on the clients' requirements
- Flexible internal layout, which enables a ´room in the roof´
- i-SIP is available in various thicknesses (see matrix table) for different thermal requirements, utilising EPS or EPS low lambda.
- Where the ´room in the roof´ is not required the i-SIP construction can be specified with standard roof trusses
- Additional architectural features such as corner windows and balconies can be fully integrated into the i-SIP design
- Innovaré will supply all the necessary design drawing details to ensure all construction interfaces are properly planned

Technical Support
Innovaré Systems provides accurate product and construction information using the
latest CAD design software for its i-SIP structural insulated panel building system,
allowing a high degree of design flexibility. A detailed set of component drawings,
construction method statements and a construction manual are issued for each project.
Each project is assigned an on-site project manager to liaise with the main contractor
during the erection process.
