Moreton Street is a new development that will possess a range of studios and one/two bed apartments to provide vibrant starter homes.
The Build will accommodate approximately 47 key worker affordable units for Dolphin Square Foundation all in the heart of Westminster.
Overseeing the contract is Wates Living Space, who appointed Innovaré following successful work at Kidwells Estate where they contributed to building 204 affordable flats in Maidenhead.
The contract value for Moreton Street is £110,000 and work is expected to start for Innovaré in mid-October. Similar to the Kidwells project, Innovaré will be installing the i-SIP as infill panels to a concrete frame over the full five storeys of the scheme. They are using the i-SIP 162mm panels, achieving 0.18W/m²K and will effectively contribute to the energy efficiency of the client’s aspiration for a sustainable development and to achieve Code 5 of the Code for Sustainable Housing.
