Sustainable Housing
Mid Street
Innovaré Systems Ltd teamed up with Raven Housing Trust and Osborne to supply the
dry structure for the first live project to achieve Level 5 of the Code for Sustainable
Homes (CSH).
Innovaré teamed up with Osborne and Family Mosaic Housing Association to complete
an affordable housing development in Greenwich, South London built to level five
of the Code for Sustainable Homes (CSH) using the i-SIP structural insulated panel
system.
The speed of installation and offsite construction advantages offered by Innovaré?s
Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) system were among the key benefits brought to a
new social housing scheme at Merstham in Surrey for Amicus Horizon.
Innovaré Systems recently revisited one of its key projects at Davison School, Worthing,
constructed during the summer of 2007. The aim was to find out how the students,
teachers and staff have settled into their new building 12 months on.
A high quality development of three executive, detached homes in the quaint and
picturesque village of Steep in Hampshire has demonstrated the versatility of the
