In partnership with Innovare Systems' supply chain, a high level of innovative testing, research and value engineering has taken place. In proving this building system, Innovare commisioned rigorous independent testing which has resulted in a system BBA approval. In assessing the best designed scheme for 2004, the development comittee of leading Registered Social Landlord (RSL) Southern Housing Group highly commended Innovare, on the grounds of: -
- Excellent resident feedback
- Very low on defects
- Excellent thermal insulation (e.g. total gas bill for a family of six over a period of nine months - £60)
- Excellent use of modern methods of construction
- Good choice of materials which brighten and add value to the surrounding area
