The Innovare structure is supplied and constructed, consisting of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), creating a high performance structural shell that includes the internal leaf of external walls, party walls, floor cassettes, roof system and internal partitions.
- All panels are bespoke to each building requirement in both thermal and structural performance. Each panel is factory produced including all apertures and additional supports (where point loadings require it) to ensure the highest quality at all times
- Panel sizes up to 6000mm long are available which produces a very quick build programme. A complete house may be erected with just 12 panels. All panel joints have a factory fitted male stud that fits smoothly with a corresponding female joint
- Innovare recommends the use of Lafarge Megadeco internal drylining that combines a very good fire resistance performance with a finish that requires no wet skim finishing further reducing the need for post construction remedial work
- Please note SIP's technology does not 'drop' post construction so no allowance is required for movement differentials between the structure and the external finishes
