Traditional methods, reliant on a shrinking pool of skilled labour, have no answer to the issues of long and unpredictable build times. Offsite innovation means the building structure is fabricated in parallel with site preparation and groundworks. Walls

SIPs can be used for internal, external, load-bearing and non load-bearing walls. The large format panels are easily assembled to quickly establish a dry structure ready for fit-out.

External walls can be clad in almost any finish you want to meet planning requirements or blend with existing buildings.

Floors

Depending on the project needs you can specify a hybrid system of SIPs and precast concrete floors, or you can use timber floor cassettes to minimise embodied carbon.

Roofs

Pre-manufactured roof cassettes allow roofs to be installed quickly to complete the dry
structure. They can be finished with any standard roofing material.
