Innovaré has been shortlisted 4 times across 3 categories at the Offsite Awards 2019. Taking place on the 5th March at ExCel London, the Offsite Awards celebrates the best in precision building design and delivery.

Glasdir School – Education Project of the Year

Partnering with architects Lovelock Mitchell and main contractor Wynne Construction, Innovaré developed an innovative design incorporating advanced structural timber technology to create two high-quality education facilities achieving BREEAM Excellent standard.

Working with architect Scott Brownrigg and main contractor BAM Construction, Innovaré’s technology was chosen to balance the client’s desire for a dramatic statement building within tight budget constraints. Through value engineering and early engagement, Innovaré provided a simplified, energy efficient, cost-effective solution for the project.

Greatfields SchoolBest Use of Hybrid Technology

Close collaboration with architect Surface to Air and main contractor the Mid Group, alongside an innovative design solution using Innovaré’s structure and pre-cast concrete floors, delivered a new school building which met the pre-requisite standard for excellent acoustic performance, building robustness and thermal mass.
